Is Owella really a one-time purchase?

Yes. Pay once, use forever. No subscription, no renewal, no hidden fees.

Does Owella need an internet connection?

No. Owella works entirely offline. All data is stored on your device.

How do I share a group with friends?

Currently, each person tracks their own copy of the group. Shared cloud sync is on the roadmap for a future update.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Premium users can export any group as a CSV file, or back up all app data as a JSON file.

I lost my data after reinstalling. Can you recover it?

Unfortunately, no. Since Owella stores everything locally on your device and collects no data, we have no copy of your information. We recommend using the JSON backup feature regularly.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Owella, go to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchase.” This will check with the App Store or Play Store and re-unlock your premium features.
